DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
These mission trips to Russia are excellent times to go and be Jesus’ “hands and feet” to
those abandoned by family and society. You will spend time in a Summer Camp and/or several
Orphanages during your stay. You are encouraged to develop relationships (critical in the
Russian culture) with children and staff. This also allows the opportunity to be effective
evangelists. As God supplies, funds will be provided for aid and materials to the orphans.
BEFORE YOU JOIN A TEAM YOU SHOULD:
- be a committed Christian who has displayed this commitment in word and action, so that
other mature Christians will be able to recommend you for this trip
- desire to share the Gospel with Russian children and adults
- have a vital prayer life and a regular time in the Word Of God
- have shown that you are a team player, teachable and cooperative
- be willing to raise the funds for the trip expenses
- have a passport that does not expire until at least 6 months after your trip returns
- fulfill application requirements and be accepted
BEFORE YOU GO YOU SHOULD:
- be willing to submit to the authority of the team leader(s)
- make a commitment to attend team meetings
- be willing to participate in skits, songs, story-telling and other team activities as
needed, using any of your God-given talents
WHILE IN RUSSIA/BELARUS/UKRAINE YOU SHOULD:
- be a part of this team and submit to the authority of the team leader(s)
- participate as much as possible in the team’s activities
- participate in the programs prepared by your team
- share the Gospel through friendship evangelism
AFTER YOU RETURN FROM RUSSIA/BELARUS/ UKRAINE YOU SHOULD BE WILLING:
- to share your experiences with others
- to continue to pray for the Russians/Belarussians/Ukrainians with whom you came in

THE TYPICAL COSTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- St. Petersburg, Russia - $1200
- Moscow, Russia - Inquire about costs.
THESE AMOUNTS ARE APPROXIMATE COSTS PER PERSON AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Lodging & meals
- Ground transportation
- Interpreter Fees & meals
- Airport transfers
- Registration
THE ABOVE COST DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Airfare
- International Health Insurance
- Admin fees
- Outings with orphans
Each person will pay a one time admin fee for the above trips of $350 to cover your
30 day letter of invitation, visa, mailings and expences for scheduling visits, lodging,
interpreters and buses in Russia.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
120 Days Prior to Departure - Administrative Fee of $350 and
application package due. Applications cannot be processed unless initial payment is
received.
Balance of payment must be presented to your Team Leader upon arrival
in Russia.
Passports are required to travel outside of the U.S.A. Your passport
is part of your required documentation that must be submitted to Lifeline Missions 120 days prior to departure. If you do not have a passport, you must apply for one well in advance so you have it in time to submit with your other documents. It can sometimes take several weeks to receive a passport.

- 2 Passport size photos
- Your Passport
- Administration Fee
