If you are under 21, you must use the Minor Risk Assumption form and have both parents sign it.

Once you have been accepted as a team member and receive your invitation, you must complete your Russian Visa application online at www.PVSinternational.org. Be sure to complete all fields of the application as the Russian Consulate will not accept incomplete applications.  When your application is complete, print it out and mail it along with all documents required by PVS International to the address on their website.  You will submit payment direct to them for processing of your visa.
